Out of all the truths in the world, this one is up there with the truest. The boys at the helm of Mane Liquor know their beer. You mightn’t expect one of Perth’s biggest selection of local, imported and rare beers to be found on the main drag in from the airport, but the range is truly unbelievable. Given that there are over 800 different beers, the selection can seem a little daunting, but that’s what John, Elliot and Nick are there for. Tell them what you like and they’ll point you in the right direction. The imported beers you’ve heard of are just that… real Heineken et al not brewed under license over east. Some beers are so rare and fine they have their own climate controlled fridge (with prices to match).
An upcoming addition is Perth’s largest range of keg beers that the boys will bottle for you to take away. They have a rolling selection that keeps you coming back for something new. The wine and spirits collection is also strong with local and hard to find labels freed from mainstream brands, but here beer is king. Keep an eye out on their social media for regular themed tasting events that sell out quick. It’s probably the best reason you’ll ever get to pick up your mother-in-law from the airport! Dave.
